Contextual Issues in Psychological Testing - Critical considerations of tests.

Psychometric assessment is one of the unique contributions that a psychologist can bring to the assessment forum. In this presentation, Phil uses examples from psychological testing to highlight the importance of understanding the context in which testing is to occur. It is critical to understand the limits of tests, and to consider the motivation as to what distortions are likely within the testing context.

Dr Phil Watts is a West Australian clinical and forensic psychologist with 20 years experience. He is an exciting presenter who emphasises practical applications of psychological knowledge. He has extensive courtroom experience.His insights can be invaluable to you for presenting test results with integrity and crediblity in your practice, your assessments and your reports.
